This automatic liquid filling line fills dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, liquid soap, hand sanitizer, shampoo, shower gel, lubricating oil, cleaning liquid and other pumpable liquids into bottles up to 5L. A diaphragm pump supplies detergent to the filling system. Four tracking filling heads follow bottles along the conveyor while dispensing the preset volume. After manual cap placement, the dual-head four-wheel capper tightens the caps before the bottles enter the double-side labeling section.
