This inline filler handles tomato sauce, ketchup, pasta sauce, chili sauce, BBQ sauce, salad dressing, peanut butter, syrup, juice concentrate and other pumpable liquid or semi-viscous products. The line prepares round glass bottles through water washing and air drying before the 10-head piston filler meters the sauce. After filling, the dual four-wheel capping section tightens the caps, while the bottle turners and S-shaped conveyor control bottle direction and line layout before final collection.
