This filling capping and labeling machine weighs and fills banana chips, potato chips, dried fruit, nuts, cashews, almonds, peanuts, popcorn, cereal, candy, crackers and other free-flowing snack products into bottles, jars or cans. The Z-type elevator feeds banana chips to the multihead weigher, which portions each fill by target weight. The line labels the empty container before filling, seals the bottle mouth with roll-fed aluminum foil, then uses either servo screw capping or cap pressing according to the container and lid design.
