This cup filling line weighs and packs Bugles, corn snacks, popcorn, puffed food, nuts, gummy candy, dried fruit, rice crackers, seeds and other free-flowing snack products into premade cups. A multihead weigher portions the snack before the rotary filling section loads it into each cup. The machine then flushes nitrogen, feeds the lid, heat-seals the cup and transfers the finished pack to coding and labeling.
